Dr. Paul Kan, CBE, Comm OSSI, Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur, SBS, JP

In his effort to further the promotion of Hong Kong, Mr. Kan has participated in various other activities. He hosted the first TV series on COMPUTING in Hong Kong. It was broadcast on HKTVB over a 13-week period in 1983. In the past 26 years, Mr. Kan has delivered over 100 speeches primarily on the subjects of innovation, IT and e-commerce, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship at various public forums including the 2006 Professional Marketing Symposium of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing, CNBC Asian Leader Business Summit 2006, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Annual Conference 2005 and Centenary Conference 2004, career talks at universities, "Talking to CEOs" TV Programme Series jointly co-organised by CU EMBA Programme and RTHK, as well as events sponsored by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Institute of Marketing, various government departments, FHKI, and other public companies.
